Monroe Commons

Monroe Commons, located in the City of Santa Clara, serves as a model for inclusive mixed income housing providing housing for a broad range of incomes between 30% - 80% of the Area Median Income, with a 25% set-aside for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.  The project includes on-site amenities such as a fitness center, a game room, a common laundry room, a community room, and approximately 32,000 square feet of open space.
